FC Bayern has already secured two major transfers in Ismael Saibari and Nathaniel Brown. According to Fabrizio Romano, however, the Munich club is expected to remain active.

FC Bayern is getting serious early in this summer’s transfer window. With Ismael Saibari and Nathaniel Brown, two key signings are nearing completion. Together, the two deals would total around 110 million euros.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano clearly assesses the Munich club’s activities accordingly. While the Italian believes Bayern is very well-positioned following the latest developments, he expects further movement in the transfer market: “Saibari is done, Brown is expected soon—that would be 110 million euros for two players. They’re doing a fantastic job, but they’re not done in the transfer market yet,” he said.

Romano is thus suggesting that FC Bayern will not necessarily switch to a holding pattern after these two major transfers. Rather, the management team led by Max Eberl and Christoph Freund could be preparing further signings.

Saibari is set to move from PSV Eindhoven to Munich for a total package of around 55 million euros. A similar figure is expected for Brown as well. Bayern and Eintracht Frankfurt are in the final stages of negotiations for the left-back.

Bayern continues to work on squad planning

The Munich club has made it clear in recent weeks that they want to strengthen their squad early and strategically. Vincent Kompany is expected to receive planning certainty as soon as possible and be able to start preseason training with a largely complete squad.

In addition to the high-profile transfers of Saibari and Brown, further talks are also underway behind the scenes. One topic remains the permanent signing of Bara Sapoko Ndiaye. The 18-year-old initially joined Munich on loan in January and has made a lasting impression over the past few months.

As previously reported, Bayern Munich aims to secure the Senegalese midfielder on a long-term basis. According to reports, an agreement has already been reached with the player on a contract running through 2031. Now the final details must be worked out with his parent club. Internally, Ndiaye is still viewed as a development project, but he has already demonstrated in his first professional appearances why the club’s leadership sees great potential in him.

One thing is clear: After Saibari and Brown, FC Bayern is unlikely to sit still for long. Romano expects further activity, and the ongoing talks surrounding Ndiaye also indicate that the Munich club intends to rebuild its squad on multiple levels. Bayern may well continue working on additional deals even after this one.
