Inter: Chivu has two line-up doubts for Milan clash | OneFootball

Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Yann Bisseck is pushing for a starting spot in the Milan derby on Sunday, while Piotr Zielinski is favourite over Petar Sucic to replace the injured Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Inter are preparing to face Milan on Sunday evening, and according to Italian sources, the Nerazzurri boss Cristian Chivu is approaching the big match with two line-up doubts.

Bisseck likely to start in Inter vs. Milan

The first one is in defence, where German centre-back Bisseck is becoming a likely candidate to join Alessandro Bastoni and Manuel Akanji in a three-man back-line.

Bisseck used to play mostly as a right defender, but Chivu has tested him in a central position as well this season. This means that, if Bisseck starts, Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij will be benched against Milan.

No doubts on the right wing, as, with Denzel Dumfries unavailable, Carlos Augusto is expected to play out of position on the right flank, leaving Luis Henrique once again on the sidelines.

Zielinski or Sucic in central midfield?

The second major doubt for Chivu is in the middle of the park, where Mkhitaryan is injured and could be replaced by Zielinski or Sucic.

According to the latest Gazzetta updates, the Poland international is currently favourite over Sucic, but Chivu will make a final decision only in the coming hours.
