Multiple outlets in Italy claim that Inter have an agreement in principle with Ivan Perisic over a potential return to San Siro in January, but the Nerazzurri might need an assist from Bayern Munich in convincing PSV Eindhoven to let the Croatian veteran leave.
According to the likes of La Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere dello Sport, Inter have an agreement in principle with Perisic, but not with PSV.
The Nerazzurri are keen to add another wing-back to their ranks following the long-term injury to Denzel Dumfries, and Perisic, despite his age, is an enticing option given his Serie A experience and the fact that he is able to cover on both flanks.

PSV, however, remain reluctant to let go of the 36-year-old, who remains under contract in the Netherlands until the end of the 2026-27 campaign.
Things could soon change on that front, though. Friday’s reports claim that PSV would effectively be forced to let Perisic leave if they are eliminated from the Champions League next week.
If Bayern Munich were to beat PSV in Eindhoven on Wednesday evening, they will knocked out of the Champions League and could also be in a position where they reluctantly have to let Perisic leave as well.
