Inter Milan midfielder Petar Sucic was a rare shining light in an otherwise disappointing game against Arsenal last night.
According to the Italian press via L’Interista, the 22-year-old was the only Nerazzurri player to meet expectations.
Cristian Chivu made a surprising decision to include Sucic in his starting lineup in one of the most important matches of the season.
However, Hakan Calhanoglu’s absence forced the 45-year-old manager to take drastic measures.
Still, Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s omission left many Nerazzurri supporters bamboozled.

Despite making only his second Champions League start for the club, Petar Sucic imposed himself as one of the best players on the pitch.
Indeed, the former Dinamo Zagreb starlet scored a fantastic equalizer early in the first half, sending a thunderous first-time effort into the top corner.
In doing so, he opened his European account in the Nerazzurri shirt.
Furthermore, Sucic enjoyed plenty of possession, often trying to provide a spark in the middle of the park.
Unfortunately, he ran out of steam in the closing stages of the game.
