Inter talisman Dimarco voted Serie A Player of the Month for January | OneFootball

Federico Dimarco has been named Serie A Player of the Month for January after a series of standout performances for Inter.

The Lega Serie A confirmed that the Nerazzurri wing-back will receive the EA SPORTS FC Player of the Month award before kick-off in Inter’s clash with Juventus at San Siro on Saturday February 14, 2026 at 20:45 CET.

Dimarco came out on top in a vote that combined fan ballots with advanced statistical analysis, finishing ahead of fellow nominees Lorenzo Colombo (Genoa), Jonathan David (Juventus), Anastasios Douvikas (Como), Nikola Krstovic (Atalanta) and Adrien Rabiot (Milan).

The shortlist was compiled using advanced data provided by Kama Sport, based on tracking information recorded through the Hawk-Eye system.

The rating model evaluates not only traditional statistics and technical events, but also positional data, allowing analysts to measure off-the-ball movement, decision-making, and overall contribution to the team’s technical and physical efficiency.

Performances from Matchdays 18 to 22 of the 2025-26 Serie A season were taken into account for the final calculation, with Dimarco’s influence on Inter’s left flank proving decisive.
