Liverpool could have to spend around £120m if they want to land Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak this summer.
The Reds are one of a host of Premier League clubs currently looking at the Swedish striker, who has scored 19 league goals so far this season. According to GiveMeSport, Liverpool’s hopes of recruiting the 25-year-old will be strengthened if Newcastle miss out on Champions League football.
Arne Slot’s side are also closely monitoring Carlos Baleba’s situation at Brighton, with a potential move in the summer for the 21-year-old, according to Football Insider.
The Cameroonian has become a key man in the Brighton squad, with his impressive ball carrying and good range of passing.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are preparing to complete a deal worth £12.4m for Corinthians’ 17-year-old Brazilian full-back Denner Evangelista, who would join the west London club in 2026. Denner is the cousin of Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes.
The Mirror reports that the Blues are also set to battle it out with Liverpool for the services of RB Leipzig’s highly rated France centre-back Castello Lukeba, with the 22-year-old also of interest to Real Madrid.
Elsewhere, TBR Football report that Tottenham, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea are in the race for Monaco star Lamine Camara, with the 21-year-old impressing in Ligue 1.
It is understood Monaco have little desire to lose Camara this summer and will resist any approaches, although their stance could soften depending on the size of any bids that could arrive.
Finally, Spanish outlet Fichajes report Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho is a target for FC Barcelona this summer.
The 20-year-old is going through a tough time at United under Ruben Amorim, with the Catalan giants closely monitoring the Argentine’s situation at Old Trafford. Garnacho, who was rumoured to be close to a move to Chelsea in the winter transfer window, has only scored three times in the Premier League this season.
