Bayern Munich will have to remain patient with Jamal Musiala’s recovery.

According to Sky Germany, he will not be available for Wednesday’s Champions League round-of-16 return leg against Atalanta, and his readiness for Saturday’s Bundesliga meeting with Union Berlin is in doubt.

The 23-year-old returned from a broken fibula in January.

He then suffered an ankle relapse during Bayern’s 6-1 first-leg win over Atalanta.

He has featured in 11 games for the Bavarians this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
