As reported by ExpressAndStar.com, Albion head coach James Morrison has made three changes for the Championship finale at Sheffield Wednesday, his first match since being appointed permanently on a two-year deal. West Brom are aiming to extend their unbeaten run to 11 at Hillsborough.
One switch is enforced, with Jayson Molumby sidelined by a minor muscle strain. Nat Phillips and Daryl Dike also drop to the bench.
Ollie Bostock, Alfie Gilchrist and Josh Maja come into the XI. Academy graduate and teenage winger Bostock is rewarded after a breakthrough campaign. Gilchrist starts for the first time since the 11 March draw at Southampton, having later lost his place to Phillips after impressing alongside George Campbell.
Maja replaces Dike and it could be his farewell appearance, with both forwards out of contract. Club captain Jed Wallace returns from a calf issue to take a place among the substitutes, which could be his final outing for Albion. Attacking midfielder Souleyman Mandey, a 20-year-old Austrian, is named on the bench for the first time after impressing for the under-21s.
Hillsborough is in party mood as home supporters celebrate new ownership and the start of a new era under businessman David Storch.
Albion set up 4-4-2. The XI is O’Leary, then a back line of Imray, Gilchrist, Campbell and Styles, midfield of Bostock, Mowatt (c), Diakite and Price, with Heggebo and Maja up front.
Bench options include Griffiths (gk), Taylor and Phillips, plus Mandey, Bany, Wallace, Grant, Sule and Dike.
