January transfer window sees offers for three Barcelona defenders

As reported by Fichajes, as many as three Barcelona defenders, namely Eric Garcia, Andreas Christensen, and Ronald Araujo, have received offers from clubs keen on strengthening their defences.

With their contracts set to expire in 2026, Barcelona may need to make decisions about their future. If an agreement is not reached before they become free agents, their departures could become a reality.

Garcia, who was loaned to Girona last season, is attracting interest from several clubs. His time at Girona was a success, with his solid performances earning praise and leading the Catalan club to consider a permanent move for the defender.

Although Garcia has not been a regular starter in Hansi Flick’s plans at Barcelona, his recent form has caught the attention of potential suitors. Girona, keen to strengthen their squad, could be one of the clubs looking to secure his services.
