Jude Bellingham aimed a ruthless dig at Pedri and all of Barcelona during El Clásico | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham made use of the opportunity to aim a jibe at Barcelona counterpart Pedri, as well as the Blaugrana as a club, on Sunday evening.

This of course came en route to Real Madrid getting revenge on their arch rivals in the latest edition of El Clásico.

After Pedri went to ground under a challenge from Bellingham, the latter attempted to lift the Spanish international’s head from the turf, hinting that Pedri was feigning injury.

From here, the Barcelona standout, alongside his teammates, called for Bellingham to be sent off.

And it was at this point that the Real Madrid midfielder used the Catalans’ past firmly against them.

Highlighting the ongoing ‘Negreira case’ – which sees Barcelona under investigation for considerable payments to the former vice president of La Liga’s refereeing committee – Bellingham shouted to Pedri:

‘Not even with Negreira!’

This moment of quick thinking aside, Bellingham proved himself the difference-maker in Real Madrid’s triumph at the Bernabéu yesterday evening.

En route to a 2-1 victory, the Englishman played a direct hand in both of the hosts’ goals, first laying on the opener, before turning goalscorer himself late in the first-half.
