Giacomo De Pieri joined Inter’s youth academy in 2020 when he was only 13.

Fast forward five years, and he seems ready to embark on a senior career.

Indeed, after an impressive 2024/25 season with the Primavera, the young winger could leave San Siro.

De Pieri made 44 appearances for Inter’s youth team, racking up an eye-catching 11 goals and nine assists.

Furthermore, he came on as a late substitute in Inter’s 3-0 win over Monaco in the Champions League.

Therefore, his rapid development has not gone unnoticed.

Alongside Thomas Berenbruch, De Pieri is among Inter’s most highly-rated young prospects.

Moreover, his contract at San Siro runs until 2029, and the Nerazzurri have no intention of selling him.

However, it’s time for the young gun to start gaining experience at a senior level.

As such, Inter are open to letting him join Juve Stabia on a season-long loan without a buyout option.

Talks are in advanced stages as De Pieri prepares to sign a contract at Stadio Romeo Menti.

“He is a player we are monitoring, along with others, because he can bring us quality,” Juve Stabia sporting director Di Sangro confirmed.

Additionally, the same report, originating from Il Mattino, goes as far as to say the deal could go through next week.

Therefore, De Pieri could soon join Ignazio Abate’s side for pre-season training.

Despite sanctioning his transfer, Inter will probably try to keep other up-and-coming talents at the club next season.

Indeed, the U23 team, featuring Berenbruch and others, will compete in Serie C in 2025/26.
