There is a potential transfer domino effect, as Juventus hope to get Brahim Diaz, especially if Real Madrid bring Nico Paz back to base from Como.
So much depends on the future of Nico Paz, who has been a sensation at Como after coming up through the Real Madrid youth academy.
He was sold to Como for €6m in the summer of 2024, but with a series of buy-back clauses set at anywhere between €9m and €11m up to June 2027.

It remains to be seen if Real Madrid will decide to bring Nico Paz back to the Bernabeu, with reports Jose Mourinho is eager to have the young Argentina international at his disposal for next season.
Juventus are secretly hoping for this outcome, because his arrival would make it more likely that Real Madrid release Brahim Diaz, who is their own transfer target.
La Gazzetta dello Sport maintain that Luciano Spalletti has identified Brahim Diaz as his ideal reinforcement to bring more creativity connecting the midfield to the attack in Turin.
The Morocco international who turns 27 in August is no stranger to Serie A, having played for Milan from 2020 to 2023 on loan.
He made 42 competitive appearances for Real Madrid this season, scoring two goals with nine assists.
His contract only runs to June 2027, so this is the last chance to sell before potentially losing him as a free agent.
