Juventus offered Milan’s Samuele Ricci, Atalanta also interested | OneFootball

Serie A side Milan do not see Samuele Ricci as a key part of their project and he could be on his way out. Juventus have been offered a chance to sign the midfielder.

This comes from Daniele Longo, who reports that the Italian is not Ruben Amorim’s first choice. Reasons are mainly tactical as he prefers a different profile and as a result, Ricci is seen as a sellable entity this summer.

Now, the midfielder’s entourage is already working to find a new club. This has led to them offering him to Juventus and even Atalanta. Both clubs are interested, with Ricci having been discussed as a target back in January in a swap for Federico Gatti. At Atalanta, Maurizio Sarri is a fan and tried to sign him at Lazio too.

Milan currently want at least €20 million to start negotiations, with the player working hard in training. But Milan have seven midfield options for two spots and sales are needed.

Decision can bite Milan

Ricci didn’t have an excellent 2025/26 campaign but that stands true for many Milan players. It was his first season and he needed stability, which he didn’t quite get. Second season was going to be key and there is every chance he does well at another club, as he has obvious quality which has been seen in Serie At Torino.
