Liverpool are preparing for a summer shake-up after a poor 2025/26 campaign. The Reds are prepared to let stalwarts leave as they prepare for a new era.

One of the big names that might exit Anfield this summer is goalkeeper Alisson Becker. According to Coriello dello Sport, Juventus are keeping tabs on the ‘complete’ goalie.

The Liverpool shot-stopper has been a faithful servant to the club since joining in 2018. His arrival helped transform the club from a sleeping giant into a consistent competitor.

Unfortunately, Alisson has been regressing over the past two seasons. This term, he is underperforming his goals prevented metric (-2.55) in the Premier League.

He has looked unsure between the sticks, and his distribution is no longer at the high level that it once was.

The 33-year-old is now considered expendable by Liverpool, especially following the arrival of Giorgi Mamardashvili, prompting Juventus to enter the picture.

The cash-strapped Italian giants are hunting for bargains wherever possible and have turned to Alisson, who is entering the final year of his deal with Liverpool.

After 332 appearances, the Reds may be open to cashing in. But it also depends on the player.

The Brazilian international (76 caps) might be determined to prove that he can still perform at the highest level with the reigning Premier League champions.

However, Alison’s decline and niggling injuries have backed Liverpool into a corner, and the Merseyside outfit must consider selling.

Any amount they can get will go towards bringing a new number two to provide competition for Mamardashvili between the sticks.

The Georgian had a shaky first season in England but is expected to kick on and become a key player for Arne Slot’s side.

As for Juventus, their insistence on lining their squad with so many transfer targets entering the twilight of their careers could come back to haunt them.
