Juventus will take on Fiorentina this Sunday at the Allianz Stadium in a Serie A clash.
With only two games left this season, the race for Champions League qualification is still wide open, as the teams placed between second and sixth can all still make it. Juventus currently sit third with 68 points from 36 matches, making this a very important fixture for Luciano Spalletti’s side.
Heading into this important penultimate fixture, Juventus are in excellent shape in terms of squad availability. Spalletti is dealing with just two injury concerns at the moment.
Arkadiusz Milik continues to be unavailable due to an ongoing hamstring issue, while defender Juan Cabal is also ruled out as he recovers from an adductor injury.
Apart from these two absentees, the Bianconeri have a nearly full squad to choose from as they aim to secure a crucial top-three finish and confirm their place in next season’s UEFA Champions League.
Leading the attack, Dusan Vlahovic is fully fit and especially motivated as he prepares to face his former club. As a result, summer arrival Jonathan David is expected to begin the game on the bench.
On the flanks, promising winger Kenan Yildiz has recovered from recent knee inflammation and is set to return to the starting lineup.
Meanwhile, there is still competition in midfield, with Khéphren Thuram and Teun Koopmeiners battling for the final spot in the centre of the park.
Possible Juventus starting XI: Di Gregorio; Kalulu, Bremer, Kelly, Cambiaso; Thuram, Locatelli; Conceicao, McKennie, Yildiz; Vlahovic
The match will kick off at 11am BST on Sunday, 16th May.
