Kaio César plays for Al-Hilal before Brazil trip to join Corinthians

Forward Kaio César will still wear the Al-Hilal jersey in two more matches before starting the final procedures to become a Corinthians player. The athlete will remain available to the Saudi club for the matches against Al-Fayha this Thursday and against Al-Riyadh on Sunday.

The player's stay for these matches was requested by Al-Hilal's technical staff, who are facing squad shortages at the start of the season. As a result, Kaio César is expected to arrive in Brazil only next Monday, when he will undergo medical exams and formalize his contract with the alvinegro club.

Even with the agreement in place with Corinthians, the forward remains integrated with the squad led by Simone Inzaghi. So far, he has participated in three of the first four matches of the Saudi team in 2026.

His arrival at Parque São Jorge will be through a loan valid until the end of 2026. According to reports, the agreement involves a cost of 500 thousand euros for the period, although Corinthians states that they will only cover the player's salary.

If Timão opts for the permanent stay of Kaio César at the end of the loan, it will be necessary to pay six million euros to acquire 50% of the player's economic rights.

Kaio César is part of the reinforcements lined up by Corinthians for the season. The club has already officially signed Gabriel Paulista and Matheus Pereira, in addition to having agreements with Pedro Milans and João Ricardo.
