„We have a very good relationship, which of course started at FC Bayern. In fact, his presence on the bench was one of the main reasons why I signed there,“ Kane revealed

The attacker particularly emphasized the collaboration with the current England national team coach: „At FC Bayern, I appreciated his personality, his ideas for the team and the way he brought me into the game.“

Even after their time together in Munich, the connection between the two has obviously remained close. Kane and Tuchel are now working together again – this time with the England national team

Although the 2023/24 season was disappointing for FC Bayern in sporting terms and ended without a title for the first time in many years, the collaboration between Kane and Tuchel worked extremely well

However, the striker’s performances ultimately could not prevent Munich from parting ways with Tuchel after the title-less season

The two are now pursuing a new common goal, with England among the favorites for the title at the World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico

Kane and Tuchel want to try and end the Three Lions‘ long title drought and become world champions for the first time since 1966
