Kauê named Corinthians fans' top performer in Copa do Brasil win, Vitinho rated lowest | OneFootball

Corinthians beat Barra 1-0 at Ressacada on Tuesday night in the Copa do Brasil third phase, with goalkeeper Kauê topping fans' ratings and Vitinho scoring the lowest.

According to Meu Timao's Notas da Torcida, Kauê earned an average of seven point nine. Jesse Lingard followed on seven point four, with centre-back Gustavo Henrique third on six point four.

At the other end, Vitinho was graded three point four. The number 11 came on in the first half after Kayke's injury. Midfielder Matheus Pereira received four point zero, while Raniele and forward Dieguinho both had four point three.

Head coach Fernando Diniz drew six point three, the only other figure above six alongside the top three.

The result gives Corinthians a narrow advantage for the return on 14 May at Neo Química Arena, where they can progress even with a draw. They are back in action on Sunday at 16:00 against Vasco da Gama in the 13th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro, a match initially set for Neo Química Arena.
