Kick-off delayed between Brighton and Liverpool | OneFootball

Kick-off between Brighton and Liverpool in this afternoon's early Premier League clash has been delayed.

The fixture was initially scheduled to get underway in the usual 12:30pm slot at Brighton's Amex Stadium.

However, kick-off has now been pushed back 15 minutes and will instead begin at 12:45pm.

This is due to a road traffic collision in the local area causing a build-up of traffic and therefore delaying the arrival of supporters.

The news was confirmed in a statement released by the Premier League shortly after team news was announced.
