Kylian Mbappé has been flawless from this season in every aspect. Until now.Â
He's scored 16 goals for Real Madrid, including the opener today against Barcelona.Â
His penalty record was also perfect, with four from four so far this season. That was until the 52nd minute at the Bernabéu when Wojciech SzczÄ™sny denied him with a fine save.Â
It wasn't the French superstar's best spot kick, hit at a height suitable for a keeper to save but the Polish stopper did well to guess the right way and not palm it right back to the striker.Â

It was a very questionable penalty award, with Eric Garcia judged to have handled the ball after his clearance bounced off Jude Bellingham's standing leg and back onto him, so maybe karma played a role too.Â
It keeps Barça alive as we move towards the final 15 minutes of El Clásico.Â
