Real Betis are interested in signing the Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Garcia, and it remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done.

The 21-year-old needs regular gametime to continue his development, and perhaps a loan move could be ideal for him. Real Betis need quality attackers, and Manuel Pellegrini has made it clear to the club hierarchy (h/t Fichajes) that Gonzalo Garcia fits the profile of attacker he is looking for.

The talented young attacker will add goals to the Betis attack, and regular football at the La Liga club could help him improve further. It will be interesting to see if Real Madrid is willing to sanction his departure in January. Sitting on the bench at Real Madrid will not benefit him, and it could be ideal for him to go out on loan.

Garcia is a tremendous talent with a bright future. He will look to establish himself as an important player for Real Madrid in future. However, he needs more exposure at this stage of his career. Working with Pellegrini could be ideal for him as well. He is a quality manager who has proven himself at multiple clubs across Europe. He could nurture the 21-year-old into a better player.

The move to Real Betis seems ideal for the striker on paper, and it remains to be seen whether the two parties can iron out an agreement. Real Madrid have enough attacking options at their disposal, and they should consider sending the youngster out on loan so that he can gain some valuable team experience during the second half of the season.

Meanwhile, the striker is highly rated within the club and manager Xabi Alonso has previously drawn similarities with club legend Raul. Joselu has also labelled him as “spectacular”.
