Lanroy Machine leaves Angers for Heerenveen on loan with option to buy | OneFootball

Angers have loaned 20-year-old forward Lanroy Machine to Heerenveen with an option to buy. The value of the option was not disclosed.

Heerenveen technical director Johan Hansma said the club see significant potential in Machine and will do everything possible to help his development.

Machine made 22 Ligue 1 appearances last season, mostly from the bench with only three starts. He scored once, against Lens in a 1-5 defeat on 20 March.

Heerenveen finished eighth in the Dutch league last season.

It is Angers' fourth departure of the summer, following the contract expiries of Abdoulaye Bamba, Pierrick Capelle and Florent Hanin.
