Leeds United are yet to make their first summer signing as expected Premier League rivals get busy ahead of 2026-27. Nottingham Forest are set to lose their star man in a record sale, Newcastle United and Tottenham have added goalkeepers, and Spurs are up to four arrivals including a defender.

Arsenal have made Piero Hincapie’s move from Bayer Leverkusen permanent. Jakub Kiwior has joined Porto and Karl Hein has signed for Werder Bremen after loans, with Samuel Onyekachukwu among eight others released.

Aston Villa have agreed a pre-contract for Modou Keba Cisse from LASK. Bournemouth have made no signings, but Marco Rose has been appointed head coach. Marcos Senesi is joining Tottenham as his contract expires, while Michael Dacosta Gonzalez has moved to Moreirense and Hamed Traore to Marseille, and Andoni Iraola has left to become Liverpool’s new head coach.

Brentford have signed Jannik Schuster from Red Bull Salzburg. Reiss Nelson has returned to Arsenal after a loan and Ryan Trevitt has been released.

Brighton have recruited Zadok Yohanna from AIK Stockholm and Costinha from Olympiacos, and have sold Jan Paul van Hecke to Tottenham. James Milner is retiring, while Joel Veltman, Solly March and Adam Webster are departing as their contracts expire.

Chelsea have yet to make a signing, although Xabi Alonso has been appointed head coach. Marc Cucurella has joined Real Madrid and Jimmy-Jay Morgan has moved to West Brom.
