Leeds United target Julian Brandt has been offered to Real Betis, but the La Liga side are unconvinced he fits their current plans. El Correo de Andalucía reports that the proposal was made and that Betis do not view the attacking midfielder as a fit for their present plans.

Leeds would like to bring the experienced Champions League campaigner to Elland Road this summer. The Germany international is a free agent after his Borussia Dortmund contract ended and he is weighing up options for next season.

Betis finished fifth in La Liga last season, securing a Champions League place. Former Leeds players Junior Firpo, Diego Llorente and Marc Roca all featured in their campaign.
