Largie Ramazani has transformed Valencia’s second half, on loan from Leeds, with six goals and two assists in 26 matches, and now his future is a live issue. He struck first against Girona last Saturday, underlining his pace and end product.

Team Talk reports that Leeds want a permanent sale rather than another loan, with figures around 10 million euros mentioned, and that after returning to the Premier League they need to move on up to six attackers. Leeds paid Almería 7.7 million euros in August 2024, with a further 4 million in add-ons, and Ramazani is contracted until 2028.

Valencia’s finances point to a second loan with a non-obligatory option to buy as the most coherent route. A full transfer would tie up scarce resources and recent experience urges caution after his inconsistent first half of LaLiga.

At Mestalla he has flourished under Carlos Corberán. At Leeds, Daniel Farke did not include him in his plans, viewing him as lacking the physical profile to excel in British football. Valencia sit on 39 points and need at least one more win to seal safety.

Ramazani has left the door open to stay, saying he will decide at season’s end, that he is ambitious, will work to the finish, and is happy at the club and in the city. That stance allows Valencia to wait without rushing, and Leeds could be pushed to soften demands as July and August pass.
