Leeds United chairman Paraag Marathe has withdrawn from the running to become MLS commissioner, Sportico reports.
He had been one of three candidates alongside LA Galaxy owner Larry Berg and long-time media executive David Nathanson.

The report says Marathe has taken himself out of consideration, leaving Berg and Nathanson in the frame.
The report did not give a reason for Marathe's decision.
No timeline for an appointment was detailed.
