Leeds United supporters are heading to Wembley in huge numbers for today’s FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, thousands have set off from Elland Road, with YEP photographer Steve Riding documenting the journey in a set of 28 images.

Leeds have reached the competition’s semi-finals for the first time since 1987.

They meet historic bitter rivals Chelsea with a place in the final at stake.

The winners will play Manchester City in the final at Wembley on Saturday, May 16, and the gallery captures the build-up as fans travel south.
