Leeds United are interested in signing AC Milan forward Noah Okafor this summer, according to The Athletic.
Leeds manager Daniel Farke still wants to bolster his attack despite closing in on a move for Dominic Calvert-Lewin after reaching an agreement in principle to sign the former Everton striker.
Okafor has also emerged as an option, but the Whites have yet to approach the Serie A club.
The 25-year-old Switzerland international could be sold as he spent the second half of last season on loan at Napoli.
The Leeds target only made four appearances for the club, but he was part of the squad that won the Serie A title.
Leeds need quality players to become mainstays in the English top-flight, and a deal for Okafor could be a massive boost to their survival chances this term.
They have added Lukas Nmecha, Lucas Perri, Lukas Bijol, Sebastiaan Bornauw, Gabriel Gudmundsson, Anton Stach and Sean Longstaff to their squad this summer.
Okafor fits the bill, and a move to the Premier League could appeal to him.
He won the Swiss Cup with Basel in 2018-19, four Austrian Bundesliga titles and three Austrian Cups with Salzburg.
Okafor also won the Italian Super Cup with Milan last term, and his winning mentality could benefit Leeds.
