Leeds United’s summer window has been open for almost one week and business is taking shape. yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk understands there is interest in a small number of targets, including free agent Julian Brandt, while chairman Paraag Marathe has said there will be sales.
Karl Darlow is currently set to leave as a free agent, although Leeds remain in talks over a new contract. There is interest in the experienced goalkeeper, with Manchester United among possible suitors.
Illan Meslier has already departed following the expiry of his deal earlier this month, ending seven years in West Yorkshire.
In Germany, Sebastiaan Bornauw has been named as a potential summer target for FC Koln, who want defensive experience. It is unclear whether the Belgian would seek to leave, or if Leeds would sanction it.
Pascal Struijk is into the final year of his contract, leaving Leeds to either extend or sell. Daniel Farke would prefer to keep him, but there will be interest regardless.
Bundesliga side Freiburg lodged an enquiry for Willy Gnonto in May, as reported by The Athletic. A decision on the winger is pending, with playing time an ongoing concern.
Largie Ramazani impressed in spells on loan at Valencia, but reporting on his future has been conflicting. For now, there is no concrete movement.
