Leeds United are progressing multiple deals, with Shea Charles talks ongoing, Harry Wilson close and Pascal Struijk nearing an imminent exit.

yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk understands Leeds remain in discussions with Southampton for 23-year-old Northern Ireland international Charles for Daniel Farke’s 2026/27 plans, but agreement has proved difficult. Crystal Palace are also said to have entered the process, yet negotiations continue.

Talks also remain alive with Julian Brandt, whose Borussia Dortmund contract expires this month. The Germany international has other suitors and could choose European football next season, though Leeds hope to tempt him to the Premier League.

Leeds agreed a deal last week to sign free agent Harry Wilson from Fulham, with an announcement expected in the coming days. The Wales winger scored 10 Premier League goals last season and can operate on the right or at number 10, bringing set-piece threat and experience.

Struijk’s switch to Brighton is imminent, and his two-footed passing and strong Premier League defending will be hard to replace. Juventus defender Lloyd Kelly is among those admired, but he is not being actively pursued at present. Goalkeeper James Trafford is also liked, with no movement currently.
