Leicester City have several players entering the final year of their contracts after 16 summer exits, according to LeicesterMercury.co.uk.

Jannik Vestergaard’s deal also runs out next year after a 2024 renewal. Promoted under Enzo Maresca, he then signed a three-year contract and could depart this window.

Academy graduate Ben Nelson, 22, is in his final year. If no agreement is reached, he is expected to be sold this summer, with Manchester United, Chelsea and Torino interested.

Goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk has 12 months left and could leave. He joined in 2017 and is now first choice after Mads Hermansen’s exit in 2025.

Bobby De Cordova-Reid has one year left after two seasons and two relegations. His role under Martin is unclear, and he will be 34 when the deal ends.

Harry Winks initially penned a three-year contract in 2023. Promotion triggered an extension, leaving one year remaining, and he is likely to depart this summer.

Wout Faes could also move on after Monaco opted against activating their purchase option. He will be 29 when his deal expires, and this is Leicester’s last chance to secure a fee.

Loan returnees Sammy Braybrooke, Henry Cartwright and Nathaniel Opoku also enter the final year of their contracts. Fran Vieites, unused since arriving 12 months ago, is in the same position.
