Lens ‘have made’ first offer for PSV Eindhoven defender Armando Obispo | OneFootball

Eindhovens Dagblad reports that RC Lens have made an opening bid for PSV Eindhoven defender Armando Obispo, who has just featured at the 2026 World Cup with Curaçao.

Lens are reshaping their defence following Malang Sarr's departure at the end of his contract.

The offer is thought to be worth 3-4m euros. Obispo, 27, is under contract with the Dutch club until 2027.

Talks are ongoing between the clubs, and PSV are not opposed to selling a player they developed who has been with them for 20 years.

Obispo is thought to be open to a move to Lens.
