Léo Pereira marked his 300th Flamengo appearance in the 4-0 win at Atlético-MG on Sunday at Arena MRV in the 13th round of the Brasileirão. According to Globo.com, the 30-year-old is the fifth member of the 2019/20 generation to reach the milestone.
The club saluted him on social media, and team-mates celebrated in the dressing room on FlamengoTV.
He said he was delighted and that celebrating it with a win and three points was ideal. He felt the side are on a consistent path and hopes they maintain their attitude home and away to hit their targets this season.
The 2019/20 generation with 300 or more Flamengo games are Arrascaeta 375, Bruno Henrique 360, Pedro 328, Gabigol 308, and Léo Pereira 300.

A scorer of 18 goals for Flamengo, Pereira is enjoying the best spell of his career and could be called up for his first World Cup with Brazil in June.
