Lepaul in form as Rennes beat Club Brugge and gear up for Europe | OneFootball

Rennes beat Club Brugge 2-1 on Saturday, Estéban Lepaul scoring again to take his pre-season tally to three.

It was their third friendly of the summer. L'Équipe notes he has attracted sustained attention since being installed as the club's number one striker on his arrival last August.

Wearing a red cap, Lepaul left Roazhon Park as if nothing special had happened.

He slipped away like any other Rennes player, rather than someone fans might stop for his shirt.

Given his sharp start to the summer, there is little to suggest his status is about to change.
