Liga Portugal confirmed that Benfica will host Académico de Viseu on 9 August at 20:30, opening the Portuguese season.

Marco Silva’s side begin their Liga Betclic campaign at home.

The game will be played alongside Moreirense vs Braga, with the clubs involved still focused on European qualifying. The scheduling keeps the domestic calendar aligned with international demands.

Two round-two kick-off times have also been set. Arouca host Moreirense on 16 August at 18:00.

Famalicão face Marítimo the same day at 20:30.

Braga vs Gil Vicente and Casa Pia vs Benfica, both second-round fixtures, remain unscheduled, pending the progress of the teams’ European commitments.
