Should Liverpool Go For Senesi?

Senesi is a good tackler of the ball and can time his challenges well to secure the ball back for his team inside his half. He doesn’t mind putting his foot through the ball when required and excels at playing his way out from the back.

Standing at 1.84m, the Argentine sensation can use his strong frame to dominate the opposition attackers in the air. He has got a wealth of experience in the Premier League and won’t take much time to adjust to life at the Merseyside club if they can devise a way to bring him on board this summer.

We can expect Senesi to bring more bite and steel to Liverpool‘s defence. He has what it takes to fight for a regular starting place at Anfield next season and could help the Merseyside giants compete across all competitions over the next few years.

At 28, Senesi is about to enter his prime, which makes him a worthy target for the Reds to consider later this year. Furthermore, he is on an expiring contract, so Liverpool should focus on going for a player of his quality in the upcoming transfer window.
