Liverpool ‘monitoring’ Andreas Schjelderup as Benfica hold €40m line | OneFootball

Liverpool are among the clubs tracking Andreas Schjelderup this summer, Record reports. Interest in the Benfica winger has risen during the window.

At the 2026 World Cup he came on for Norway in the second half against Senegal and impressed with an individual run that excited fans and observers.

That cameo has further enhanced attention from across Europe. Schjelderup views the chance to play in the Premier League favourably and has dreamed since childhood of competing in England’s top flight.

In Italy, Milan and Como have joined the list of suitors, while Barcelona continue to follow the winger’s progress.

Despite the growing interest, Benfica remain unmoved. Rui Costa and the board will not negotiate below €40m and have tabled a renewal offer, after 10 goals and seven assists in 43 games last season.
