Once Liverpool get a bug for a certain team or style it's no unusual they just keep going back.
Think about Southampton or Red Bull, in a short space of time the Reds bought in a lot of players from both clubs at certain periods.

But now Richard Hughes could be moving onto a different team to dismantle. No, it's not Bayer Leverkusen. The damage is already done there.
It is another club in Eintracht Frankfurt.
The German side play with a lot of intensity and that will always appeal to Liverpool given the total football deployed by Arne Slot at the moment.
They also have a lot of talented young players. Most notably last season it was Hugo Ekitike who made his mark for Frankfurt and then subsequently earned a lucrative move to Anfield.
Ekitike has proven that shopping at Frankfurt can be very fruitful for Liverpool. Which is why it looks like Liverpool are ready to do even more business with the German club.
Recently, there have been suggestions that Liverpool are interested in attacking midfielder Can Uzun, and now they have reportedly set their eyes on Frankfurt's centre-back as well.
Liverpool ready move for Nnamdi Collins
According to Sport France, Liverpool are looking for a new centre-back after their failure to land Marc Guehi and in their pursuit they have identified 'the next Ekitike' with the Reds now interested in his former Frankfurt teammate Nnamdi Collins.
But just who is Collins? Well, he's a recent German international having debuted for the senior team in September. He's only 21-years-old but already has a lot of minutes under his belt.
Crucially, he's someone who has recently openly spoken about how Liverpool is a nice destination and how he idolises Virgil van Dijk.
With a long-term contract, Liverpool will likely have to pay a lot of money for Collins, just as they had done for Ekitike.
That might just be worth it though if Collins will follow in the footsteps of the Frenchman and settle in as seamlessly as he did.
Being a German international may also mean that Florian Wirtz could get a new friend at the club.
