Paris Saint-Germain’s attacking struggles have been a glaring issue this season, particularly in the UEFA Champions League, where goals have been in short supply under Luis Enrique.
Earlier this year, PSG was linked with Liverpool’s dynamic winger Luis Díaz, though the speculation quickly lost momentum. However, with the Parisian club still searching for solutions up front, reigniting their interest in the Colombian star could become a viable option.
Díaz remains under contract with Liverpool until 2027, but recent reports suggest that negotiations over a new deal have hit a stumbling block. Should talks fail to progress, it could pave the way for potential suitors to make their move.
Antena 2 previously reported that Barcelona and PSG were among the first clubs to register interest in Díaz, with both reportedly willing to table offers of up to €80 million.
Adding to the competition, AC Milan has now emerged as a serious contender. The Rossoneri are keen to secure a marquee signing to elevate their attack, with Díaz reportedly high on their list of targets.

CaughtOffside reported on Saturday, citing sources, that during contract talks in December, Liverpool management, including Arne Slot, assured Díaz and his representatives that the club was satisfied with his performances and had no intention of selling him in the upcoming January transfer window.
However, both PSG and Barcelona have reportedly reached out to the Colombian winger’s camp to explore his availability, according to the outlet.
While Díaz is said to be keen on a move to Barcelona, such a transfer appears unlikely due to the Catalan club’s ongoing Financial Fair Play issues, which have already prevented them from registering Dani Olmo for the second half of the season.
Meanwhile, PSG are reportedly prepared to offer €60 million plus a player to lure Díaz to Paris. Despite the substantial proposal, Liverpool are not open to negotiating at this time.
This season, the Colombian has recorded 11 goals and three assists in 23 appearances across all competitions for the Reds. Moreover, he’s been a versatile player for Slot, having played as a center-forward and right-winger along with his usual spot on the left wing.
