There are STILL plenty of moving parts to Liverpool’s summer transfer window. Hugo Ekitike will be the club’s new striker - bringing the total spent this summer to well over £250m.
The Reds however are unlikely to stop there. A new centre-back could be added before the window closes and a new winger may be required depending on what happens with Luis Diaz.

The Colombian appears to be heading to Bayern Munich - with the sides drawing closer to agreeing a deal which would be acceptable to Liverpool decision-makers.
Although Liverpool have got Cody Gakpo, Florian Wirtz and potentially Rio Ngumoha at their disposal, they have been mentioned as strong suitors for Rodrygo too.
The Real Madrid winger looks like he will be frozen out at the Bernabeu under new head coach Xabi Alonso - who has a constellation of other stars to accommodate in attack.
It’s believed that Rodrygo IS willing to accept a transfer away from the Spanish capital and Liverpool are a prime contender for his signature.
Although it’s quiet right at this moment between Liverpool and Rodrygo, noted transfer journalist Ben Jacobs expects there to be movement in the next few days.
"If it all stays the same at Real, there’s a clear direction of travel that the player will ask to leave,” he told the Born N’Red YouTube channel.
"Then things will escalate in the last week of July and in early August. And at that point, Real Madrid will invite bids.
"Unlike Newcastle and Isak, if Rodrygo tells Real Madrid directly in the next few days he wants to leave, Real will accommodate that."
A transfer fee of €100m has been touted for the Brazil international but Jacobs reckons he could come to Anfield for cheaper than that.
And if Liverpool manage to get what they require from Bayern for Diaz then there is a real possibility of the 24-year-old arriving.
"The magic number I’m told is €90 million — in and around, depending on the structure of the deal,” he said.
"So Liverpool could be a possibility, but it would obviously require Díaz to depart."
