Logistical issue delays FC Porto’s return home, training resumes at Olival | OneFootball

According to O Jogo, FC Porto’s return was delayed by a logistical issue at East Midlands Airport.

They had played at Nottingham Forest the previous evening, losing 1-0.

The result eliminated Porto in the Europa League quarter-finals.

The team landed at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport after 14:00 on Friday, more than an hour and a half later than scheduled.

The squad then travelled to the Olival training centre to resume work.

A training session was scheduled for 16:00.
