Lucy Bronze pens new Chelsea contract | OneFootball

Lucy Bronze will stay at Chelsea for another season after penning a new one-year contract with the Blues.

The 34-year-old's contract expired at the end of the 2025/26 campaign but she will remain with the London club for a third season.

"I feel like this is the right thing for me at this time," Bronze said after signing until 2027.

"I’ve really enjoyed the last two years being at Chelsea and back in England, and I feel like we're in a place now where we're moving forward as a club. Added to the move to Stamford Bridge, it’s a really exciting time to be part of the team."

Bronze first joined Chelsea from Barcelona in the summer of 2024, winning a domestic treble in her season with the club as well as lifting the League Cup again last season.

The England international has featured 55 times for Chelsea since her arrival, scoring five times.
