Malik Tillman is said to be weighing a summer exit from Bayer Leverkusen, with Fulham and Brentford interested, according to Sport Bild.
The United States international joined from PSV Eindhoven less than a year ago. He is understood to be frustrated by his role and limited minutes under head coach Kasper Hjulmand, with sporting managing director Simon Rolfes aware.
Fulham and Brentford both showed interest last summer when he chose the BayArena move. They are said to be prepared to match the €35 million Leverkusen paid for the 23-year-old.
Club management are reported to believe in Tillman and do not want to sell. However, if Hjulmand, against expectations, remains in charge, Tillman will likely push for a transfer after the World Cup with the United States at the latest.
Tillman has scored eight goals and supplied one assist in 37 appearances for Die Werkself.
