Man City scoop November awards double | OneFootball

Manchester City have scooped the WSL Player and Manager of the Month awards for November after an impressive string of results.

The Citizens currently top the WSL ahead of Chelsea and won all three of their three league games over the course of the month with victories over West Ham United, Everton, and local rivals Manchester United.

Kerstin Casparij has been one of the best defenders of the season so far and assisted two of City's three goals against United last time out.

Meanwhile, manager Andrée Jeglertz has looked to have been a shrewd appointment by City with the Swede having won eight of his nine WSL games in charge so far.

Jeglertz will be hoping his side keep up their form following the international break when they travel to take on Leicester City.
