Man United ‘determined’ to sign Barcelona star | OneFootball

Premier League giants Manchester United are giving consideration to a big-money offer for Barcelona star Raphinha.

This comes with the Red Devils having earmarked the Brazilian as something of a dream signing.

On the lookout for reinforcements in the final third with a view to next season, the Old Trafford brass, it is claimed, are ready to pull out all the stops to secure a deal.

As per a report from Fichajes, United would be willing to put a hefty €120 million on the table for a player who racked up over 60 direct goal contributions last season.

Barcelona are in no rush to sell Raphinha, aware of his importance in Hansi Flick’s XI, but could be tempted to cash in amid their ongoing financial woes.

It is also noted, though, that Manchester United are aware that they will need to qualify for next season’s Champions League to even have a chance of bringing the 28-year-old and his entourage to the negotiating table.
