Man Utd head coach Ruben Amorim has reflected on the departure of former Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana, believing that pressure got the better of him.
The Cameroonian goalkeeper completed a season-long loan move to Turkish Super Lig Trabzonspor earlier this week.
There is no buy option or obligation in the deal, just a straight loan.
This comes just two years after the shot-stopper moved from Inter in a deal worth up to €55 million.
Amorim “wishes the best” to Onana and admitted the club needed to “have a change with the goalkeepers, with quotes via MEN.

Amorim confessed “Onana had a great season with Inter, the quality is there but at this club the pressure is so hard in every detail, sometimes you need a change.”
Man Utd signed Belgian star Senne Lammens from Antwerp to replace Onana after a poor end to last season.
Onana played just once for the Red Devils this campaign.
Amorim has instead opted to put faith in Turkish goalkeeper Altay Bayindir.
“Sometimes it’s hard to point where things went wrong,” said the coach.
“The performance, the moment, the bad luck in some moments was hard on him.
“I wish the best for Andre. He was really hard working and good at helping the players. But sometimes you need to change the environment.”
