During the summer window, Bradley Barcola found himself mentioned often as clubs evaluated possible targets. With PSG carrying so much attacking depth, it made sense that a few players might look around for a clearer path to steady minutes.
Barcola never really locked down a regular role, especially with competition from Desire Doue and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, which only fueled the talk that he might seek a move.
Back in July, RMC Sport reporter Fabrice Hawkins noted that a departure hinged on two things: Barcola would need to push for it, and PSG would have to receive an offer above one hundred million euros. Neither scenario materialized, even though Liverpool and several others were said to be monitoring him.

Football Insider reports that PSG are increasingly viewed as a realistic landing spot for Marcus Rashford, who is currently on loan at Barcelona, next summer, with Barcola potentially heading the other way to Manchester United.
Any agreement would almost certainly require Manchester United to pay a hefty sum to balance the exchange. Yet, former Aston Villa and Everton chief executive Keith Wyness believes the move can be pulled off.
“Well, the interesting news and development on that story is that PSG are claiming to be coming in here [for Rashford], and there could be some sort of player swap deal with Bradley Barcola, which makes sense, I think, for United,” Wyness said.
“He’s obviously a lot younger, was he? About 23, I think. And if they were to get Rashford and a player swap, that would, I think, suit United more than releasing him at the pretty low level, I think, that Barcelona had got, which is going to be about 30 million from memory.
“Now, the player’s point of view, I think Rashford would much prefer to stay at Barca. I think he’s happy, but PSG is not exactly the worst option. And I think he could be spoilt for choice there. And I think there could be a bidding war in terms of least wages being offered to Rashford.”
