Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has issued a comprehensive fitness update on his side ahead of their visit to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
The north Londoners are due at the Etihad Stadium this weekend as the Premier League‘s top two sides face off in a title decider after a significant turning point in the title race last week.
Bournemouth earned a shock 2-1 win at the Emirates Stadium and Manchester City took full advantage of Arsenal‘s slip-up by claiming a 3-0 triumph over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The stage is set for England’s best two teams to make a giant statement in a title race that keeps taking fresh twists and turns every week – and this matchday will be no different.
In a pre-match press conference on Friday, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided a wide injury update on his side ahead of their trip to the north-west.
Noni Madueke hauled off in the Gunners’ 0-0 draw with Sporting Lisbon in the UEFA Champions League quarter-final in midweek. Arteta said that the Gunners are ‘hopeful’ of calling upon the Englishman at the Etihad Stadium.
In a notable blow for Arsenal, Arteta has confirmed that Bukayo Saka will miss the trip to Manchester with his Achilles problem.
Lastly, the former Manchester City assistant coach said that “some players are quite close, we try to push everyone” when asked for updates on Martin Odegaard, Jurrien Timber and Riccardo Calafiori.
Manchester City saw Nico O’Reilly go off in the second-half of their 3-0 win over Chelsea with an injured hamstring, with the England international replaced by Rayan Ait-Nouri.
