Manchester World reports that Lisandro Martinez has returned to full training in Dublin. Barring any setbacks, he is set to be available when Leeds United visit Old Trafford on Monday.

Daniel Farke’s side play their first league match in three weeks after the international break. They beat West Ham 4-2 on penalties after a 2-2 draw on Sunday to reach the FA Cup semi-finals.

Martinez has missed United’s last five matches with a calf problem suffered in February. The £56.7m signing from Ajax was initially expected to be out for a week or two, but his lay-off has stretched to six weeks and he missed Argentina duty in March.

Michael Carrick will be without Harry Maguire, who serves a one-match ban after a straight red at Bournemouth. Martinez’s return could see him partner Leny Yoro, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin offering a physical test after two penalties on Sunday.

Benjamin Sesko and Bryan Mbeumo are in Dublin and expected to be fit for Leeds. Matthijs De Ligt did not travel due to a back injury.

Leeds are assessing Anton Stach, who limped off with a suspected ankle ligament injury, and Joe Rodon after an awkward fall. Gabriel Gudmundsson was not risked and Daniel James is expected to miss out with an adductor strain.
