Roma’s horror night was made even worse by Gianluca Mancini’s injury.
The defender, who scored the goal to temporarily level the score at 1-1, left the pitch at halftime after suffering a right calf injury during the first half.
Returning to Rome from Milan, the player underwent tests, which revealed a right adductor tear. Mancini will be sidelined for two to three weeks.
His return, in the most difficult period of the Giallorossi’s season, is expected for the match at the Olimpico against Atalanta.
At the latest, the number 23 will be available again the following week against Bologna.
